Do guests need an app or a Google account?
Neither. Guests scan your QR code with their phone camera, open the link and choose photos or videos. Only the couple connects a Google account during setup.
Where do our photos go?
Uploads go directly into a folder in your Google Drive. You control the folder and can download, organize or share the originals from Drive. WeddingQR does not sell you a separate storage subscription.
Are there any upload limits?
There is no per-guest or photo-count charge. Each file can be up to 200 MB, and uploads use your available Google Drive storage. Guests need an internet connection. Check your available storage before your wedding.
Can we try it before paying?
Yes. Explore the interactive demo, customize a sample table card and try the guest photo picker without an account. Demo photos stay in your browser. Connect Google Drive and review your wedding details before paying to activate your real collection.
Can guests see everyone else’s photos?
The guest link is for contributing photos, not browsing your Drive. You choose who can view the collection using Google Drive sharing settings. Share your upload link only with people you want to contribute.
What happens after the wedding?
The files stay in your Google Drive until you remove them. Download your favorites, share the folder with family, or make an included downloadable photo keepsake PDF in your dashboard. Printed books and delivery are currently unavailable.
What if nobody uploads?
If no photos or videos are uploaded within seven days of your event date, you can request a full refund. Email hello@weddingqr.codes within 14 days of the event date. See our refund policy for the details.
